If you post somethings on the web, only browser on iPhone/iPod can display Emoji icons.

If you send Emoji messages to your friends who use other devices (not iPhone/iPod), they won't see Emoji icons. It's the privilege of iPhone/iPod users.

If the Emoji icon keyboard doesn’t show in Mail application, try shut down and restart your device. The keyboard should show up in all applications.
